“Essential compassionate care for Grievers” is a revolutionary approach to loss created specifically for Grievers who need a more conscious way to navigate all that grief brings.
The heart of grieving is a series of Inspiring, immersive, holistic, live ZOOM COURSES to support and guide GRIEVERS with authenticity and love.
If you have lost a Loved One and are experiencing:
Feeling alone, isolated, misunderstood, and unseen in your grief.
Dread over facing social situations like work environments, gatherings, anniversaries, & holidays.
Physical symptoms like headaches, insomnia, stomach issues, aches and pains, anxiety attacks, exhaustion, brain fog, or lethargy.
Relationship shifts or issues with family, coworkers, and friends who do not understand your grief.
Guilt or shame, including survival guilt after loss.
Feeling overwhelmed - or as though your grief will never end.
The loss of a dream or vision of a future you had planned on .
Feelings of disconnection, loss of identity, or inspiration to care for yourself.
A lack of closure or unfinished business with Loved Ones or life.
If any of these resonate with you, Holistic Grief Educator Pamela Ann Noxon’s Grief Programs are for you.
“Believe it or not, there are different ways to grieve; you can grieve in a healthy way or an unhealthy way, connected or disconnected, aligned or unaligned, you can grieve in an integrated way or a fractionalized way, grieve from a caring place for yourself or from a place of self-torture. An unaligned, disconnected, fractionalized, way of grieving requires an enormous amount of energy and rarely leads to any real healing or making one’s way back to experiencing a healthy way of life. Grieving ‘well’ is a set of learnable skills. I don’t mean what you do on the outside in your grief, I mean how you process the pain, the loss, the mourning, and the feelings and act of grieving on the inside; being connected, caring for yourself, loving, being connected to spirit, and others, into your emotions create a different more holistic, healthy, way to grieve authentically - because grieving ‘well’ keeps you aligned to the love - not the loss. But you cannot make this kind of major transformation alone. Grief is an archetypal human experience that involves a trusted guide and a safe environment and community of support.
In Holistic Grief work we don’t focus on where you are in your grief, or even when, we focus on who you are and how you are. You deserve to grieve in a healthy, well-adjusted way that reflects your love. If you feel any of these please connect with me and join my private Facebook Group The Heart of Grieving for free support.” ~ Pamela Ann Noxon, trauma-informed Holistic Grief Educator.
In every Heart of Grieving Program you will find:
A gentle, comfortable, peaceful, and above all, safe, and supportive environment.
A set time and loving space to carve away everything else in life to give yourself the gift of honoring your grief and a real commitment to your own healing.
Powerful breakthrough tools for emotional support and regulation to help transform your grief.
A focused plan for your healthy grieving, for finding your resiliency, and internal support.
Exercises to help you release anxiety, invasive images or memories, feelings of isolation, and/or abandonment.
A recipe to create healthy boundaries with your family, friends, and co workers, self love and the importance of self care.
Ways to create closeness and connection with yourself, others, life, love, and departed Loved One.
Relief from grieving in old patterns from culture, family tribe, partners, and others’ expectations so you can grieve authentically in your own way.
A new awareness of your strengths and your own unique gifts and the clarity to help you live your best life after loss.
Inspiration to help you evolve and to find your best answers and your own truth by rediscovering your own alignment.
Pamela’s insightful protocol to get - and stay - connected with your Loved One forever.

I invite you into a no pressure conversation with me on a free Program Consultation Call where you can ask your questions and find out more about what the program holds for you.
