Looking for more Support in Your Grief? The Heart of Grieving Online FREE Support Group is here for you.
Hi I'm Pamela Ann Noxon, trauma-informed Holistic Grief Educator, Author, and Founder of Mourning Goods. I want to help our culture evolve the way we support those in grief. I love helping grievers find compassion, love, direction, validation, connectedness, and transformation, with inspiring tools, free content, and even joy.
The Heart of Grieving Support for Grievers Facebook Group is a place for grievers to find free support and inspiration from my three decades of study and my own Holistic Grief Coaching protocol. Everything I do is designed to help you navigate your way through the darkest of days in grief into a new life, with renewed love in your heart, connection to your Loved Ones, and purpose. The Heart of Grieving and my course protocols use a comprehensive, universal, holistic, open-minded, approach to grief and loss, and are designed to meet the needs of secular, or spiritual grievers, and are not affiliated with any group or religious doctrine. Your belief system is the only one that matters.
The uninitiated think that grief is just about sadness but it’s about so much more than that. Sometimes it’s about old trauma, or unfinished business, it can be about guilt and regret, and it can be about our deeply rooted fears. Grief is about feeling all the feelings, or sometimes feeling nothing at all. It’s about identity, finding out who you are and what you know and believe, and sometimes its about finding out who or what you’re not. It’s about you - and some of the worst loneliness you may ever feel - and it’s also about others; your Loved One, your family, friends, the world. But ultimately it’s about love, it’s about life, it’s about honor and connection….and reinvention.
You can’t fix grief and you can’t heal it, but you can heal your life around it and to do that you must have a compassionate roadmap to navigate your way through.
I believe that finding understanding, validation, compassion, self-love, connection, and joy will be a new catalyst for you. I hope to help you along the way.
I’m so sorry for your loss.
With much love, Pamela
