8 Essential Needs for Self Care in Grief is a free, 5- day, live Zoom, workshop that guides you on vital Self Care in Grief and offers tips on how to face one of the toughest challenges in life; the loss of a Loved One.
Workshops are 30-45 minutes long each day and are visible only in my private Facebook group "The Heart of Grieving with Holistic Grief Educator Pamela Ann Noxon" for people who have experienced the death of a Loved One [person or pet].

Spiritual: how staying connected to the love keeps you together
Sensory: handling your surroundings and environment in grief
Alignment: loving ways to show up for yourself and why that matters
Social: how to handle relationships and people
Creative: how adding the life force of creativity helps in grief
Each facet of Self care requires [learnable] skills and techniques to handle and eventually master to help you grieve well.
